    What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

    Mine jumps all over the place from day to day, so is usually between 5 and 14. It was 7.7 this morning. I test as soon as I wake - go and wash my hands then test. I'm avoiding sugar completely but obviously must be doing something else wrong!

    Hot feet?

    Re the itchy feet, I'm type 2 and years ago my doc told me to try moisturising cream over the affected area. I did and it worked 90% of the time. Sometimes nothing will make it go, but it's worth a try. I steal it from my wife - saves buying my own! ;)
