    I agree, stick to the macros- high fat, moderate protein and low carb and eventually the weight will move. Blood glucose is priority #1.

    Absolutely all true! It's in NO ONE'S financial or career interest to get people to fix their diets. Or to fix most other problems in the world for that matter. Once a "problem" acquires an "institution" to advocate for it, all is lost.

    Try backing-off of the gym sessions to maybe two per week (using the same work-out routine). And the fat grams seems way too high-maybe that's what is wrecking your digestive system. I would say that 50 grams of carbs seem a bit much to be in ketosis, but protein seems ok. So you must get a...
