A typical daily diet:-
Breakfast. 2 x cups coffee, small bowl porridge oats, 1 slice toast., occasionaly bacon and egg
Lunch, tends to be a sandwhich, probably ham or salad on wholemeal
Dinner. Lamb stew, or steak or fish, 1 potatoe and veg
as of today i have lost 12 lbs since January 1.
