A couple of 3.8 during the night and 4.9 this morning. Having difficulty keeping my levels up this week probably because I've had a very heavy cold. Does this affect anyone else?
Breakfast was scrambled eggs with cottage cheese and avocado. Cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and spring onions on the side.
Lunch was salmon salad
Dinner will be homemade vegetarian bolognaise sauce with a small portion of wholewheat pasta.
Like you, I follow a moderate carb diet which helps me control my glucose levels. I struggle to manage a low carb diet and my glucose levels aren't significantly better when I do.
