    A couple of 3.8 during the night and 4.9 this morning. Having difficulty keeping my levels up this week probably because I've had a very heavy cold. Does this affect anyone else?

    Omniipod dash fell off

    I use alcohol wipes to ensure that there is no grease eg from body lotion, before I apply a new pod. I use the shower and go swimming with no problems

    I like this idea. This morning was 5.2 mmol for me. Looking forward to seeing everyone else's readings over the next few days

    Breakfast was scrambled eggs with cottage cheese and avocado. Cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and spring onions on the side. Lunch was salmon salad Dinner will be homemade vegetarian bolognaise sauce with a small portion of wholewheat pasta.

    I also enjoy Greek yoghurt and fruit but I also add some chia seeds which fill me up more.

    Should a t1d follow a low carb diet ?

    Like you, I follow a moderate carb diet which helps me control my glucose levels. I struggle to manage a low carb diet and my glucose levels aren't significantly better when I do.
