    Hummus & carrot sticks. Hummus is about 5-6g per 50g serving. Carrots are 7g per 100g.

    Back in the old school world of finger pricking, I just went to my Boots pharmacy and they could only supply 100 test strips due to supply problems ... ??? and they were rationing ... no further detail was/could be provided. For what it's worth it might pay to order early?

    First hypo & I think I’ve really messed up.

    No-one's mentioned the other type of hypo i.e. Nocturnal Hypo's. None of my medical team has ever raised the topic and as I don't know of any T1's I've just had to learn/experience them on my own. There is no sense of "Panic" (or "crashing" as I call it) and no sense of the "Zombie" urgency...
