    Natural herbal supplement

That's great that you are now in remission, you must be so thrilled and if you can cope with the diet plus help from the Curalin, sounds like a win win to me.

    Natural herbal supplement

I tried hard to stick with lowering carbs and losing weight, got my Hba1c down from 63 to 52, then had a big birthday, followed by Christmas and realised I was in fact going backwards. In December 2018 I saw the info on Facebook about curalin , had a look at info online and decided to try the...

42 Days To Restore The Reversal

I think that's brilliant, only just in the diabetic range and number a lot of people would be seriously chuffed with! Well done you.

    Early Days But Progress!

Yes Ickihun, I think a lot of surgeries only offer an Annual test, which is fine with me tbh. However if I wasn't monitoring myself I think I'd feel very differently.

    Early Days But Progress!

Just not on offer, annual unless its going up. Athough the doc said carry on monitoring and losing weight and to let her know if I have any concerns, then I can have an earlier HbA1c if I wish!

    Early Days But Progress!

Thanks Terry, I'm thrilled tbh. I'm just going to keep going, it's working and I'm so relieved to have got such an improvement in such a short time. I self monitor but won't have another HbA1c for a year, so will just be delighted to see my daily numbers drop and hope very much to be under the...

    Early Days But Progress!

HbA1c tomorrow!!!! After 6 weeks of low cal lowish carb I am down a stone, my FBG is now in the 7's or low 8's every day, my after meal numbers are rarely over 2mmol more than prior to food and I'm very hopeful that my 63 of April will be down into the 50's! Wish me luck!

    Have Been Awol

It's so easy to over pressurise yourself. I was doing the same and really lost the plot a few days ago, so hubby locked the scales away and I am just concentrating on eating low carbish, low cal and taking the pressure off. My bg's are coming down. I was over complicating it. Good luck to you.

    Early Days But Progress!

Excited to see my first FBG in the 7's! 7.7 this morning, the lowest so far. So encouraging. I'm sticking with the low cal, low carb, it's obviously working, I can't pretend I'm finding it easy but I know it's worth it. I've stayed off the scales though, I found I was getting utterly obsessed...

    Early Days But Progress!

Quite fascinated to discover that water only through the morning is really easy! Stopping eating by 8pm and lasting through to 1pm the next day is becoming my new pattern. Had a few hunger pangs but I figure that's a good sign that I'm losing weight! Keeping the cals to 800-1000 is a lot easier...
