    Diagnosed at age of 9yrs old now 56yrs old have had Type for 47 years. Can't wait to get my 50 year Medal. lol

    Mine was 13.4 this morning and 23.9 at teatime. I have lost my early warning signs of going Hypo, so my blood could drop & I wouldn't know, i.e 23.9 this evening.

    Does the heat make you feel ill

    I also love the heat but like yourself I sweat like mad. If I know it's going to be a really hot day I lower my Insulin which I did today but I also don't feel hungry in the heat so that doesn't help. I drink small glasses of Lucozade to try and help.

    I always have something to eat around 9pm - 10pm till helps to stop me going hypo during the night.
