    Are spikes a problem?

    This may seem like a strange question but I'm relatively new to all of this and I am trying to get to grips with how to best get this disease under control. So if I'm bumbling along with BG levels of between 5.5 to 7.5 (which is ok I'm led to believe) then what is the problem with the odd spike...
