I just inject around the navel, can't pull cycle shorts up Simon cowell style! Lol i don't have any fat on my legs or would maybe give it a go thru my trousers.

I wear white shirts as part of my work uniform have noticed that lots of them are getting blood spots from my injections. Any tips on stopping as I speedily inject and don't want to sit holding tissue against the site.

Anybody using a compact plus monitor? I have some test strips no longer needed.

Ok I finally spoke to a DSN they upped my units to 7 before each meal with carbs. I have to call back next tues with my test results. At last I feel like I have a direction.

I have a camera type bag.......I was hoping to be able to use something smaller. Trouble is there is so much to carry along with other medications I take. I work away a lot so tend to carry a weeks worth. Think for hols I should look st something that carries just a days worth and not a 190gram...
