    Starting to regret the purchase now. Tonight I had a Tuna salad from Aldi at 7pm because it was quick and easy and low in sugar. I thought I would test one more time before bed at 10.30 and it was 12.4. Making me paranoid now...lesson to self, make your own salad tomorrow :-(
