    Just hate veg

    I recently got a Nutri Ninja ( same sort of thing ) but I think the tip is to just blend small amounts of anything you put in and make a mental note of how much it would look like on a plate to guide you on portion control which hopefully will keep your levels lower - at the moment I'm logging...
