    I'm only new to having type 1 diabetes but in the last few weeks I have found a few things that haven't really affected my bg! Crackers with abit of cheese, cheese strings and cucumber also sugar free jelly is a nice sweet treat!.. Not many things on my list so far but it's a start haha

    From what I've heard stressing out will make it rise too! With me I'd rather be above 8 just so I can sleep at night, I'm still trying to figure out how many units I should give etc as I'm sure you are too.

    I was diagnosed with type 1 2 weeks ago, I find levemir to sting sometimes aswell! Novorapid is not so bad!
