    Breakfast Nightmare!

    Hi have you tried the Oatabix Flakes, I use them all the time, in fact could eat them 3 times a day, and my blood sugar was 4.6 over the last 6 months. So do give them a try. If not, what about good old Wheatabix no problem with them either. :)

    Hi my name is Isis :wink: I was told I had Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and high chloestrol about 3 years ago now. Mostly its all under control expect for the blood pressure which seems to do its own thing most of the time :roll:

    Hi I am new here, I did post something in reply to this thread but it seems to have got lost apologies if I repeat myself. :D I use diabetic chocolate as I am a chocoholic myself I absolutely adore the stuff, so this way it enables me to have my chocolate fix but still keep sugar level down...
