    Try 15 minutes walking every day. Doesn't have to be as strenuous as a gym workout. Really reduces my bg levels.

    I didn't feel well with 5 at the beginning. Once you are there more often and longer you start to feel great. Try to fluctuate less with smaller meals and you will get there.

    Hi, I do fairly well low carbing most of the time. I am still having a problem with my fasting blood sugars in the morning.
