    Low carb/no sugar sweets

    I suggest you steer clear of " sugar free', if it means that they are using aspartame or Sucralose.... as they are not good sweeteners! Stevia or Xylitol are much healthier... Just check which sweetener they are using! Good luck...

    Chromium and/or cinnamon Does anyone take these supplements?

    Hiya, I started taking Organic Ceylon cinnamon powder and chromium ( along with other good quality vitamins) within about 2 weeks of being diagnosed with Type 2...... my blood sugar came down instantly and has remained at an average of 5.6... One of my daughters is also taking the cinnamon...
