    Strong urge to sleep immediately after a meal

    If I am on one of my few days working (manual work), I usually go through a tired spell around 3 OClock (not after the meal). This rights itself by 5 OClock. Is this something to do with my tablets? Or not taking time after the meal to digest food? Or something else?
