    How do I lower my blood sugar when it has "spiked"

    Hi I am recently diagnosed t2 diabetes, and take metformin and glipizide. I get VERY HI sugars I always feel ravenously hungry during them. How can I naturally reduce my glucose and is there anything that I can do about the hunger?
