    Insulin Therapy

    is there anyone that is on insulin and metformin at the same time. Despite 22 units twice daily and 1g metformin twice my Bg is still reading high between 9 and 12. Can anyone advise on what else i can do. Very worried and concerned. Has had type 2 for 15 yrs
