Thank you. I have cut out / massively dropped the amount of carbs I eat. At my fasting test my blood sugar was 12 & 16. Used to have brown rice & pasta all the time. Thought it was better for me then the white or potatoes. Lol. I'm guessing that's so wrong. Must be such a huge change in what...

The nurse said she will give me a tester on next visit. But that's at the end of June. Funny didn't notice symptoms anywhere as near as much before diagnosis. Now feel so much more worse!! Just wanted to know how to stop the shakes & dizziness when it happens.
