French toast with low carb bread?

French toast with low carb bread?

Have you tried these? https://lowcarbsourdough.co.uk/shop/ It lower carb than ordinary sourdough but not as low as some ordinary low carb breads on the market. Worth a try and quite tasty.

    What Thickener?

I second arrowroot. But you could also try Glucomannan powder which is natural and made from Konjak xantham gum is made from a bacteria through a process of fermentation. It’s pretty safe but I avoid it.
