    Hot itchy feet at night!

I was diagnosed Type2 at Christmas, am just controlling it by diet/exercise and had no actual symptons as far as was aware before diagnosis. It was just a annual blood test that showed it up. However the last few nights I am having problems sleeping as my feet are burning and itchy. I last had...

    Ladies Shoes Recommendations For Diabetics

Hotter shoes are good - they have various styles that come in wider widths. I have found them comfortable and have had a couple of pairs for years and years! Have bought cheaper shoes and ended up throwing them out. You can buy them on line too or by post if you do not have a local stockist.

    irritable legs

I was given amtrip to calm my nerve endings when my exzema was really bad and I could not stop itching and therefore make it worse. I found that the tablets helped with that type of problem too and it meant my skin improved as I was not scratching the same. I was told by specialist to take it...

I was diagnosed Type 2 only 2 weeks ago, and see the Practice Nurse next Tuesday to discuss diet etc. My GP has said she will see me again beginning of February and that I just need to control it by diet/exercise to begin with. Some years ago I had the endoscopy to see if was coeliac - however the result did not show that even though the blood test I had had showed the antibodies.
