What's the best type of exercise to do to stay fit I only get one night a week to get out because of work or looking after kids as wife is a ambulance driver and works nights I have a very active job but need something to do what does everyone else do to get away and stay fit

Thanks juicyj I think it was just a mix of too much time alone and missing my wife and kids As when I was at work was ok but being at home alone it was harder to keep on top of things

4 months ago still learning my way round

My mate is on metformin and he drink like a fish But would not recommend going over board, as that is no good for no-one
