Thanks for the replies. Each tablet is 500 mg and I usually take two in the morning and two at night for a total of 2000 mg. I won't take my evening dose and not feel too guilty if I eat more carbs this evening.

Good morning - I had my head in the clouds this morning and accidentally took my Metformin twice - 2 tablets (total 4) plus my 300 mg dose of Invokana. Should I be concerned? I am at work and don't have my meter with me to test (stupid I know).

If you are travelling to the US and need to see anyone at a hospital be sure to mention that the monitors in the UK measure in mmol as the US one use a diferent measurement - so if you go in and give them your numbers they will be very confused.

Personally i find that either one sends my sugars soaring so try to avoid them - but the only way you will know is to test! Best is to have a real orange instead I find - especially since you can eat it a segment at a time over a longer period. If I find that I absolutely must have fruit juice...
