    Buckwheat - is it low carb?.

    Despite it's name buckwheat is not a grain but a seed & is gluten free. I find that I don't get the hypoglycemic symptoms to buckwheat foods (pasta/ crisp breads etc) that I do to grain flour-based foods (rice, rye, spelt, wheat). Does anyone else find this?. I assume that its reasonably low...
