    No because as T2 I try not to get too focused on regular bloods. I also exercise a lot but in general if you hungry and crashing your metabolism is also not the best way forward.

    Mega carb binge yesterday - need to offload - still VERY diabetic

    I find if your need cards do in the morning. Take exercise then back to low carb. You will burn off the sugar and feel better. Just my way.

    Hi new here

    Hi. 3 month ago had a blood test which again showed elevated glucose. Put in metformin and told cut sugars. No one has actually said if I'm diabetic or not [emoji30] I bought meter etc and test regular, know my foods and seem to do ok. BUT thought would get a bit more advice support tbh
