    What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

    Mine was 6.9 this morning. Had a bad day yesterday been feeling sick , didn't want food can't drink water every thing taste vile , then around 8 ish was violently sick . No reason for feeling like this but this is happening a least once a week .

    Hey I'm also new to this type 2. I know what you mean about having a bad day and wondering if it has any affect , but I just slow down start over and I'm feeling better in my mind knowing I'm doing the right thing doing as I'm told lol . Good luck .

    Sweet Potatoes

    I never had them before I was dionosed with type 2 . Just bought some out of curiosity, love them better than white tastes tastier and very versatile can do all sorts with them roast , boil, stews . Recommend you try them . Good luck , from Janet
