Hi,
At the start 40 years ago I had loads of trouble from employers and medico's as well as social.
At least now you are not alone, plenty of help here & other resources.
Trouble was 40 years ago when I was finally 'diagnosed'
BS readings were academic as I was blind through rapidly
developed cataracts. I had classic symptoms but because
I drank a lot the GP thought I liked a few beers ! . After
emergency entry for Insulin treatment and subsequent
eye operations...
Have had annual flu jabs for years without effect. Earlier this month had the jab and felt as rough as a rhino's bottom for a few days with subsequent high BG.
Re: BLOOD PRESSURE FOR DIABETIC'S
My BP and Fats were OK, got rammed onto a load of pills to make them lower than some US survey, Aspirin is dangerous unless you've got some serious heart trouble according to my medical Guru.
A classic from the BBC website today on hypo related story, "The condition is commonly associated with Type 1 diabetes, when the patients inject too much insulin, miss a meal or drink alcohol" . Always wondered where I was going wrong!!!
