    Blurry vision that lasts only a few hours

    HBA1C normal when on low carb diet, insulin response not normal

    My HNA1C came up as 35 or 46 - but I was on a no-=sugar low-carb healthy diet at those times. I did a 6 hour GTT, and that showed an abnormal, but not yet diabetic response.     Blurry vision - that comes and goes

    I'm Definitely not diabetic, though. Blood tests always show OK (I have a meter...) I had eye checks a short while ago - they came up with the very beginnings of cataracts, but nothing else.

    Go get a meter!. You can get them for free for some manufacturers. What exactly do you eat for brekky and lunch? What, how much, and when do you drink?

    Blurry vision - that comes and goes

    Hi - what could cause blurry vision that comes and goes? I'm 52, not diabetic (yet), insulin resistant (self diagnosed from 6 hour GTT). It doesnt appear to be related to hydration though.
