I have found the best bread for me is Burgen Soya and Linseed. Not as high in carbs as most bread.

Did not get to use the new scanner :( they said for first apointment they only use the normal photo. They use the scanner if you get called back if there are any problems, so I hope now I don`t need to use it! :) Will get results in 4-6 weeks...

Brosch Direct have changed their web site strips now 15.95 for 50 plus 4.50 postage so the strips are cheaper direct from Spirit-healthcare.

I think you will find that it only comes with 10 strips as on picture. I think the advert is slightly misleading, I think they only mean that the strips and lancets are in packs of 100 they are seperate item numbers. I think it would be wise to phone and check before ordering.......

Eentually got hold of Brosch Direct regarding VAT. You need to contact them and they will send you a vAT form to fill in. When this is returned you can order by phone VAT free. The strips are 15.95 plus post for 100 :) :)

Did not test this morning but yesterday was 5.8 had a small cheese omlette and coffee, after 1 hour was 4.8 after 2 hours was 5.5. Quite happy with these....
