Everyone is so nice and helpful on this forum, I was in denial of diabetes , im on slow release metformin twice a day and other drugs in between,the weight i have lost i think is because of going tee total and thyroid drug has seemed to help x

Hi , have give Hi , have given up alcohol and most sweet things, not dieted as such just not eating as much, no seconds etc .but they suggested i have a thyroid problem and i think the drugs from that may of helped with a bit of weight shift x
