    Pre-workout?

    Hey guys, I'm been trying to get my butt to the gym early in the morning. I want to get it out of the way right away so I don't have to worry about it after work, because it cuts right into my nap time. So I was wondering if you guys take any pre-workout at all?     did exercise help you in any way terms of health

    It really helped me maintain my weight and overall health. I used to be very very unhealthy.. like smoke a pack and day and drink a lot. When I started exercising I realized how ****** my stamina was and how weird my breathing was.. Took a whole year to finally feel "normal" again
