    Hi Alan, I’m Alan Just like to highlight that if you’re diagnosed as in Diabetic range it’s very unlikely that you’ll cure yourself. If you’re pre diabetic you can shake it off but if diabetic it’s more like remission you can keep yourself safe but you’ll be a bit like an AA meeting! You can...
