    Does this sound like Neuropathy? Sudden burning sensations in upper legs following improved glucose control.

    Just a thought,any lower back problems?... you will get tingling and burning sensations in your thighs and in if you rub the area continuously you will develop muscle spasms... you will know about it as the pain is severe.

    Hi Jim, just to give you my experience... about 2008 , I was staying in Italy,I had an apartment there and I was there winter time for 3 months..I was at a party,had just arrived so not even had a drink... for no reason just passed out twice in the space of 15 minutes...no lead up, no pain...

    I agree whole heartedly with you...The NHS in UK seems to have gone down a road of reactive not proactive...You see a GP initially when diagnosed they prescribe medication and that's it, after that it's a diabetic nurse every 6 months if your lucky...if you need to see a GP for any other...

    I am new on the forum and this is my first post, but I have to share this with you all.I'm male aged 74 and from the UK.ive been diabetic for 23 years type 2 oral Meds only.. prior to this I was extremely fit but had sustained serious back problems and injuries.sporting...anyway in 2000 my back...
