    Thanks for your reply ..yeah i am following all precautions as you mentioned ..training every alternate days and also breathing while lifting to avoid spikes in BP.. should i monitor my BP while exercising ?

    After how long after exercise you tested ? try to test after 1 hr or so ... and may be couple of hrs after exercise ..exercise has prolong impact on BG ...also are you T2 or T1 ?

    Yeah actually i am "eating to my meter" , i found that i am spiking to grains even small amount of grains push my BG higher ...so i am mostly on chicken,fish ,eggs,nuts ,cheese and lots of veggies so kind of keto ... also taking Whey (Optimum , thinking about Isopure -zero carb or Grass fed one)...

    Type 2 BG doubled!

    As i posted on forum other day (fasting BG spiking) , i am also on low carb last evening my BG was 4.6 (after an hr workout) , i had a salmon,cream and some pea-nuts in dinner , tested 2 hrs pp was 4.9 and today morning fasting BG was 6.9 don't know what's going wrong :-((

One thing i have observed is if i take even very small amounts of grains now a days i spike in range of 8 ...like yesterday in lunch i tried bowl of mixed lentils and took half...
