Update went to DN as 80mg Gliclizide not working, now been upped to 120 mg a day for 2 weeks and if BG still in teens, try 160mg a day. If still not going down after that its back to the GP. 'Gliptins' have been touted, or maybe a trip to a diabetic consultant if all fails. Wish me luck!

Err I was following the LCHF guidelines as advised by my X-Pert Health training course provided by my GP. I cannot tolerate much fat because I don't have a gall bladder. I don't see why I should have to explain myself to you but there you go, I have anyway.

Latest update - HBA1c continues to climb despite low carb, gliclizide etc, now 80. Also losing weight. Back to the GP I go next week. FML.
