    Thanks for your response. The tests were carried out home. In three hours postprandial my BG is at fasting level i.e below 100. Is it normal or should I be worrying about these spikes? Pre meal my BG is in normal range.

    Hello, . Just wanted to ask a question. My blood sugar spiked yesterday to 200 after 1 hour 45 minutes postprandial and in next 15 minutes it was at 115, mean 2 hours after meal it was at 115. What does this reading say? I am not on any kind of med, look forward
