    Cramp - anyone else get it?

    I used to drink a glass of slimline tonic water each night and that used to stop it as it has quinine in. Then it got so severe that my gp has now prescribed quinine tablets. I still get it occasionally but no where near as much as I did.

    Diabetes itchy skin

    I've been a type 1 diabetic for 23 years and around 2 years ago I started getting itcy skin. It's worse in the evening and at night.
