    Oppo ice cream

I make a super quick, incredibly easy, instant lchf ice cream. You'll need a food processor/blender for this: Throw in a large handful of FROZEN berries Add a 300ml pot of double cream And a squirt of super concentrated water flavouring (Oasis or similar) or sweetener to taste. Blitz it all...

    Quick 'bread' triangles

Sorry, I replied in the wrong place I think, definitely teaspoons, I make a lot of these! I don't like microwaves, so I found an alternative.

    Quick 'bread' triangles

Nope, teaspoons, I make them almost every day, so simple. I add butter and sweetener to make cakes or grated cheese, lots of variations.

    Quick 'bread' triangles

Super quick little 'bread' rolls, made in a sandwich toaster. 2 eggs 4 teaspoons coconut flour Half a teaspoon baking powder Pinch of salt Beat together, allow the mix to thicken, while you heat up your sandwich toaster. Pour the mix into the triangles. Shut the toaster for about 5 minutes...

    Vape

I haven't smoked at all since I discovered vaping, two years now, tried pretty much every flavour out there, finally settled on blackcurrant with 6mg of nicotine, it's my favourite. I'd say stay away from the tobacco flavours, there's no point in trying to trying to make vaping taste like...

    degrading

Your experience is typical, it's a horrible and nasty system. http://www.pip-assessment.support/#main-menu Please don't give up, you have to fight the system and get what you're entitled to. Good luck!

    Lidl's High Protein Rolls

http://www.livlifefoods.co.uk/ I have several of these loaves in my freezer, really nice bread and even lower carb than lidl rolls (which I love too) Waitrose is the only stockist nearby, £1.59 a loaf.

    Interesting times on LCHF

I took statins a few years ago, never ever again. Horrible side effects. This popped up on my twitter today, might make you worry less [emoji846] http://www.express.co.uk/life-style/health/795139/statins-heart-professor-no-heart-deaths-risk-effect

    Missing sandwiches...

You can add butter but it's more 'cakey' I make these with a bit of butter and sweetener to make mini sponge cakes, then top with keto icing. To be honest, I'm not a great fan of microwaves, I'm useless at getting the timing right and they're so pale looking when they come out. [emoji846]

    Missing sandwiches...

I gave up on almond flour, very expensive. Coconut flour works out loads cheaper, and lasts ages because you don't need much. I don't know how much almond flour you'd need but the mixture is quite thick, slow pour, like thick pancake batter, give it a go [emoji846]

Mine cost less than a fiver in Tesco [emoji4]

    Missing sandwiches...

You can microwave this recipe too, in a mug or a small bowl for about a minute, this amount makes 2. Not as nice though [emoji4]

    Hi!

I'm new here, started lchf in January, loving this new way of eating. Husband has been type 2 for fifteen years, was threatened with insulin, hence the new diet, happily his BG has plummeted.
