The vitamins I take, the dosage, are based on blood count readings. I try not to guess if I'm overdosing and I get bloods done twice year, the second batch of tests paid for privately as I'm allowed one set of full blood tests.

    Earliest morning injections

Aww Daisy sounds so cute, what a doll! Honestly donnellsdogs, it's easy to feel like an oddball often with it, I do too for all kinds of reasons, like how eating one apple can make my BS rise to 22 when I'd already taken 2 units of Novo, it's touch and go sometimes, but I think it's my...

My unglamorous symptoms: how the hell do I tell this guy the truth?

Absolutely Juicyj, and JenLondon88, the truth is part of you. If he can't take it for what it is, what's the point in dating him? For all you know, he may have something you don't know about but even if he doesn't, if you calmly and undramatically open the subject, as @Juicyj said, not showing...

Spot on donnellysdogs! It's about acceptance, and once we accept certain things, especially ones we didn't choose but which are a part of our life, we can and will find ways to adapt, as you said, and learn ways to cope, live with and even overcome hurdles. I could write a book (but I won't )...

You are very welcome Lynz84, your post made me feel I wasn't alone, seriously, for the first time in many years of T1, no one ever really took what I said about tiredness as something worth looking into.
