    Also cut out breakfast cereals reduced potato and pasta intake. Didn't eat white bread. Now go for the high fibre options rather than just wholemeal.

    Hba1c going up.

    In September my hba1c was 45, height 186cm weight 90kg. Since then lost 11kg, increased exercise to 15000 steps daily and cut out biscuits and cakes. Now hba1c is 46mmol/Molly.
