Hello everyone,i have been diagnosed about 14 months ago with diabetes,finding all sorts of ways to deal with it,so any advice would be appreciated,(hmmm i always thought i was diabolical :D ) Lui.

i suspect it's gout too,i get it in big toe,and sometimes in knee,but best get checked,btw hello all.
