i was diagnosed with b12 deficiency when i was really tired, then years, low thyroid and then iron and d3 deficient. fast forward 5 years and i feel more energetic than i did in my twenties! i take a lot of supplements and eat healthier. t1 33 yrs. good luck [emoji16]
