I dearly would love to join but am in Shanghai until the end of May. I would like to know if anymore are planned after March? Low Carb dieting has made an enormous difference to me in so many many way.

Totally agree @Guzzler. I never count calories or even fats I only count carbs and in 5 months I have lost now 18 kilos and and eating like a horse. My HbA1c down from 78 to 33 and my cholstrole form 4 to 3.

Ihave one of theses every morning for breakfast when I am home in the UK as a sandwich with Bacon and Egg. no effect on BG and I love them. The only problem I have found is that they sell out very quickly so I need to be there early
