Sorry, but is there anywhere that you can get an endo for this? My neurologist told me of one and he diagnosed me as LADA. Had a run around with my next endo, but got it straight. I hate for you to suffer.

How do I go about posting that I appreciate the feedback from everyone that responded? I would suggest to one individual that has to wait on a higher BG to get an endocrinologist. I feel that the PCP has not got enough knowledge to do me any good, hence I seek specialists for everything. But...

Been very sick for a while and have not wanted to inject or eat. I have no energy. Today is about the best I have felt for several weeks at a time. Don't remember, but about 10 days ago. Hope you are doing well and have lots of energy.

It is an autoimmune disease. Many people are diagnosed as a 2 when in fact they are really a LADA. Take a GAD antibodies test and a c-peptide test to determine it. They first diagnosed me as a 2, but found I had an autoimmune disease.
