    Thank you for your replies, I havn't seen the team yet as they weren't able to keep the appointment, I hope to meet up with them soon

    Is this improvement good enough??

    I went for a blood sugar test over a month ago and it came back as 23.5 mmol/L. Since then I have managed to get it down to an avg of around 11 mmol/L. Is this improvement good enough?
