    Sorry for the delay, I couldn't find the thread. Anyway... I have cut out all fruits, rice, and am sticking to only those foods with "Carbs per 100g = 5g or less". Is this a good plan? (BTW some foods are labelled "Carbs per 100g = 50g of which Sugars = 3g". Are these good or bad? I do avoid...
