hi Defren I thought the muesli would be healthy. It's weird because i was on holiday last week and had hard boiled egg, cold meats and cheese for most breakfasts each day and felt much better in myself but I thought I was being unhealthy eating that. Thanks for the advice. P :)

The consultant did by HB1AC. He told me it was over 9 but my GP says that could have been high because I'd been ill. Maybe you're right and I need to request it again. You mention 'monitor errors'. Do a lot of home monitors give false readings? Thanks Paula
