    Whats the most annoying thing people say about diabetes?

    After 30years T1 and now +60 people assume I'm T2 and that I have diabetes because of a poor lifestyle even though I am not overweight or suffering from any significant side effects. I hate the assumption that diabetes is down to your poor lifestyle, a view pushed in the media very strongly.

    how high and how low have you been?

    Been T1 30 years. Highest was Hi on meter means +30, get + 20 maybe once every couple of weeks no obvious signs in how I feel - maybe thirst occasionally. Low 1.9 the other day was just beginning to be aware of hypo symptoms before I tested but can have these at 3.2 also.
