    I am undergraduate student ,so I live in hostel. They only provide me roti,rice,veggie dish,pulse. So what should be my diet? P.S- when I was non diabetic I would eat 8 roti and 1 plate rice.

    After lunch I always feel fatigue no matter how less I consume my food. I am a computer engineering student so I am always on my Lappy. So you can guess I don't walk enough after exercise in the morning.
