Hi, when I was feeling unwell doctors did my hba1c and it was 20! Changed my diet and walk more and mostly 6 and below now

Mine was 7.8 this morning, usually high first thing. Two hours after breakfast 5.6

My readings are always between 6.4 and 7.8 in the morning but 2 hours after breakfast are in the 5’s???

I I cried when I found out I had type 2, my first test was 20 and a year later I average between 5.2 and 7 and have really come to terms with this. I think it gave me a massive kick up The rear!

It used to apply to me, not so much now[emoji23][emoji23]

Why is it that I did a test at 6am and it was 6.1 went back to bed and when I got up it was 7?? Don’t get it

How would you know if you were deficient? His would you feel?

Just looked at my results on the computer and they have gone from 100 last December now 40. I take x4 metformin a day. Do you think they will keep me on medication?

Hi All, last December my bloods were 17 and generally now between 5.8 and 8. I have been sticking to the odd red wine or G&T but am really missing a pint of bitter. Does anyone know if it would be ok occasionally to have a couple of pints?

I am on week 5 and found it really useful, mine have been 2 1/2 hour sessions and work allowed me the time off. I was diagnosed type 2 in December and was 17.9, now I am averaging 6.5
